IRoyal Terms and Conditions — Complete Platform Usage Guide

01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member" or "User") and iRoyal ("Platform", "we", "company"). This Agreement takes effect immediately upon registering an account or using any part of the iRoyal platform, whether through our official website or mobile app.

IRoyal reserves the right to change, add to, or amend these terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this document periodically. Continued use of the iRoyal platform following any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

02 Member Eligibility

To register and use the iRoyal platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged 18 years and above on the registration date
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not located in a region or jurisdiction where online betting is prohibited
• Register as a private individual — corporate or business accounts are not permitted
• Never previously been banned from the iRoyal platform
• Never been diagnosed with compulsive gambling disorder or currently enrolled in a related treatment programme

03 Account Registration

Each user is only permitted to have one (1) active account at iRoyal. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or other details — are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

By registering, you agree to:

• Provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information
• Update your account information should any changes occur
• Keep your account password confidential
• Notify iRoyal immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised
• Take full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

Identity verification (KYC) may be required before your first withdrawal or whenever iRoyal deems it necessary. Documents that may be requested include a national ID or passport, proof of address, and payment method details.

04 Deposit & Withdrawal

IRoyal supports a wide range of local Malaysia payment methods including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, and bank transfers. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary depending on the selected payment method
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 1–3 minutes after verification
• Withdrawals are processed within 1–24 hours depending on the selected method
• The bank account or wallet used for withdrawals must be in the name of the registered member
• IRoyal does not charge any processing fees for deposits or standard withdrawals
• All transactions are subject to compliance and security checks

05 Wagering Rules

All bets placed at iRoyal are subject to the specific rules of each game type. You are responsible for understanding the game rules before placing any bets. The following general conditions apply:

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or modified
• Match or game results displayed by iRoyal are final
• In the event of a technical issue during gameplay, iRoyal reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager
• Exploiting bugs or system vulnerabilities is prohibited and may result in account suspension

07 Member Conduct

IRoyal expects all members to interact with the platform and community in a respectful, honest, and responsible manner. The following behaviour is strictly prohibited:

• Use of automated software, bots, or scripts to play or place bets
• Collusion between players to manipulate game outcomes
• Money laundering or use of funds derived from illegal activities
• Impersonating iRoyal staff or other users
• Using abusive, threatening, or harassing language toward staff or other users
• Attempts to hack, intrude upon, or disrupt the platform's infrastructure
• Disclosing confidential information related to platform security to third parties

08 Account Suspension & Closure

IRoyal reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time without prior notice if:

• Member has violated any terms in this document
• Evidence of fraud, manipulation, or illegal activity is found
• Information provided during registration found to be false or misleading
• Account suspected of being used for money laundering
• Member found to have multiple active accounts

If an account is closed for reasons unrelated to fraud, any valid balance will be returned to the member once the review is complete. Accounts closed due to fraud or terms violations are not eligible for any refund.

Members may also request the closure of their own account at any time through the account settings section or by contacting iRoyal customer support.

09 Liability Limits

IRoyal provides this platform "as is" without any implied warranties regarding continuous availability or the absence of technical errors. We are not liable for:

• Betting losses resulting from legitimate game or match outcomes
• Service disruptions due to maintenance, technical issues, or events beyond our control
• Data loss or damage caused by third-party factors or network failures
• Actions or omissions by third-party service providers integrated with the platform
• Personal financial outcomes resulting from the use of the iRoyal platform

10 Privacy & Data Protection

IRoyal takes every member's privacy seriously. The collection, use, and storage of your personal data is governed entirely by our Privacy Policy us that apply together with these Terms and Conditions.

• Personal data is collected solely for platform operations and legal compliance purposes
• Your information will not be sold to third parties for marketing purposes

• You have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data

11 Terms Amendment

IRoyal reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to members via in-platform notifications or their registered email at least 7 days before the effective date, except in emergency situations or legal compliance matters requiring immediate amendment.

It is your responsibility as a member to review this page periodically. The "Updated" date at the top of this document will indicate when changes were last made. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

12 Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws applicable to iRoyal's platform operations. Should any dispute arise that cannot be resolved through amicable negotiation, both parties agree to refer the matter to a mutually agreed arbitration process before pursuing any formal legal action.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be deemed removed while all remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
